one thing that bugs me on this talkback...
people who overlook the fact that this guy CAN access and change all kinds of info like billing and such (damn, now i know how so many people can afford a hotel and trips and such) and just complain about the fact he DID it.

they use analogies like breaking into your home and moving the furniture around or something...
heres how i say those nay sayers should look at it.

instead of saying we are condoning the behaviour of this guy, say were applauding this guy for showing the industry what can be done. this guy came into your home to rearrange furniture to show you that there are thousands of people breaking into homes all the time and rearranging their furniture.

while that analogy is kind of dumb, so are the ones that the complainers use.
