They have a duty to disclose all material facts to their shareholders. 80% of CISCO routers have a security hole, its serious enough to attempt to gag the messenger, yet they don't disclose it to their shareholders? Care to show me a company in a similar situation?

They sold routers to customers knowing there was a security fault with those. Hello, class action.

Not only am I saying that other companies don't do this (by this I mean use legal threats to conceal faults in their products), I'm suggesting that CISCO may face civil and SEC liabilities as a result.
