Maybe you should give CISCO routers a miss too. When they are given evidence of a security hole, they attack the messenger rather than properly fix the hole!?!

That doesn't lead to trust in their equipment. How many times have this happened before? How many holes in Cisco routers have been concealed in the past?

You don't know, neither do I, so its best to avoid Cisco equipment.
