"a lot of the software and hardware that falls under the extreamly vague definition given in this article is also very usefl for catching the popele who do this"

Vagueness of law is a tool to suppress free speech and what is now legal activity. This treaty is yet another trojan horse set up to "control" the internet. Look at the RIAA/MPAA as a prime example of what has gone horribly wrong in the creation and arbitrary enforcement of law. A company that was legally doing business (Napster) was "forced" out of business. After that came selective lawsuits against file downlaoders. Remeber there are those of us that use P2P software for other purposes than finding music or movies. Now there is a push to "outlaw" P2P software.

" i peronsally dont wnat any other system wher i live but i dont wnat the idiots who get inot power writing laws about things they dont understnad either"

"It" is all about power, the power to control people and retain that "power". There is a movement in the United States body politic and court system to circumvent the US Constitution and move to a "world" government. This treaty is yet another example. Other examples are supreme court justices making deciswions based on laws from other countries.

This political correctness crappola is going too far also. I do not condone nor do I enjoy "humor" at the expense of ANY race creeds or religions. I also donot condone hate speech ala the Klu Klux Klan but the vagueness of this treaty would make it illegal for you and I to discuss Terrorists who are Muslim. We could not point out that these people are Muslim in the converstaion for fear of "offending" someone who is Muslim. I gaurentee there will never be an enforcement of that law for statements or jokes against fat, balding, middle aged, white guys or people of the Chrisitian faith.

These law makers do not have the wisdom to stand back and take an objective look at the unintended consequenses of the laws they create. A lot of major disasters were/are a result of someones good idea.

IT IS ALL ABOUT POWER. The power of a "select" few to control the rest of us.
