First 'cybercrime' treaty advances in Senate

Proxy servers will not do you any good.: If all the G8 countries plus others ban any content locally, I will just bypass our local firewalls to access ..... what. All the content has been banned globally. Those proxies do not do the Chinese any good. The authorities close them down also anyway. So a gallows sense of humor will get you a few years in the state bread & breakfast.
