Flaws are flaws! It wasn't that long ago when companies released software, they actually paid attention to their customers demands and problems. Now they either ignore you or they charge you TO DEBUG THEIR CRAP! Not that I like more government laws, but one I would gladly welcome is for software companies to be more responsible for their crap software! Sorta like a Lemon Law for software. You don't fix it within 4 or 5 tries.. then money back.. period! Of course, M$ would go broke... along with many others. Also, these so called Antivirus programs are about worthless too. There should be accountability on these companies to produce software that works. If some freebie AV software is catching a common virus or trojan, but like Norton or McAfee with current dat files... it misses it... customers should be able to get a MBG! Along with costs!
