How about a $100 MILLION fine for BAD CODE ???
Lets start with a million dollar fine for each of the first ten lines of code that causes an O/S security breach. Then we up the ante to $10 MILLION for each of the next ten lines of code that cause a security opportunity. Then we up the fine to $100 million per line of code that compromises security, in all versions of Windoze. Then if there is more security compromises, (and you know there are THOUSANDS), we take ALL of Bill Gates and MICROSUCKS assets, reimburse defrauded consumers, throw Bill Gates and his cronies in prison for life, and move on to a real O/S.
