Best developers in the world....
My rep always takes me on tours of top-secret Windows development labs. Usually me and a few chosen MCSE's are blindfolded and driven around Microsoft's campus. We are then dropped off at a building where my rep meets me and uses codewords to describe what we are doing. On our last tour, I saw 50 Microsoft developers looking at Visual Studio consoles. It was obvious the code was complete because most of the guys I saw were staring into space and were essentially emotionless. One of them hinted to me he was not allowed to leave the lab until the products were secure. He had been there for 9 weeks straight.

After the meeting, we were blindfolded again and dropped off in a vacant lot so that we could live up to our end of the NDA. My rep then met me at a local coffee bar and bought me some lattes.
