National cybersecurity test set for fall

Just what we need, more administration: This is a farce, they are just seeking more powers over the web, free speech, and online commerce. We don't need anyone to oversee national web operations, we just need competent people running these operations. They want you to believe that there is a terrorist group sitting in a room with binladen, they all put down their machine guns for a few minutes so thsat they can crank out some code.
