National cybersecurity test set for fall

Planning vs Doing: I keep hearing all this talk about US cyber security and what needs to be done and who is at fault, and blah blah blah.

Do something about it already. All talk and no action means that nothing is being done. Do it, damn it. Create a plan, implement the plan, and even if it doesn't work entirely, at least something would actually be happening to fix the problems.
