True freedom costs
TRUE freedom of speech means that you allow ANYONE to say ANYTHING. Exceptions should only be for the proverbial yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre. I SUPPOSE that incitement to riot would be an exception (if I told you to jump off a bridge . . .), but applying that rule to websites is a stretch. Quoting Sun Tzu - keep your friends close and your enemies CLOSER. If you outlaw "legit" sites on the internet, you drive your enemy underground (i.e farther away). Which would be a VERY stupid tactical mistake.
