ISP vs Zombies
I think that although ISP do have some responsiblity for to help the average home novice PC user, many companie should take more active resposiblities for their network. An expamle is a Governmental Agency that I work for has a staff that assume that nothing can get pass them and a few month ago I when I reported some strange things on my computer instead of looking into it as a possible network problems, one of the Supervising IT Staff said I had blown up my computer I blew up my computer. I knew enough to know that he was way off base and look further and found out for the IT Staff that the problem was that we had a virus on the netork on one another PC and because of the way they set up my PC I was able to see what PC it was.

Many times companies take a very lax approach at security and their resposiblity for it and therefore are the cause of garbage out there on the web. I believe that they need to step up and quit blaming the users and accept the resposiblity for the security of their network and what their PC are being aloud to putting out on the WEB.
