Vonage Customer Service
Today I spent 1 1/2 hours on the land line phone with Vonage because my voIP service had trouble. We had already done basic troubleshooting. (Taking the router out of the loop, changing cables, pinging the phone modem, etc.) Our modem was dead. But, to be nice, I went through it again with the first tech I spoke to. I began to triplicate our efforts with the second tech before complaining, then suffered through the third tech trying to connect to the modem through the server. I had had it by the fourth guy, I finally have a new modem being shipped, and just found out that I will be charged a fee for not having all the original packaging. voIP will never be mainstream until the aggravation factor is reduced. Are you listening, Vonage?
