Secure formats of documents? What are yoy talking about?
Just get a grip - Dear Author of this editorial - the documenta re not secure because of moronic use of unprofessional workforce... and that includes some executives who set policies, but they do not quite understand what "professional" means. The policies touch "secure" word frequently however.

It has to be training provided to employees and acauntability (registered transfers of documents?) - not a secure document format. This is supposed to be like in the military... well at least like in Israel or in Eastern Europe years ago... Just ask them how it is done.
I cannot understand mumbling about security if morons use confidential or secret information that is electronic or on paper. Stop whining and start thinking and making professional liable for their acts (instead of stuffing them with some idiotic policies whether they should wear jeans and polo shirt or not).
