I know that there can be regulation
that may create more practical problems than it solves. Hoowever, to claim that SOX is the problem for the security is shallow nonsense. Bigger companies never bothered with security in the DECADES before SOX. Had they put together a reasonable infrastructure at the right time they would have had security already BEFORE SOX.
