"The big issue is the diminishing number of IT graduates in the U.S. "
I wonder why? Could be because those in college see how hard it is for even experienced IT people to get a job in their field? They see the handwriting on the wall and get out while they still can. It's a self perpetuating cycle. Fewer existing workers can get a job, therefore fewer people will even want to chance educating themselves for a career in IT that has proven itself to be a dead end. And it's not because the people aren't qualified for those jobs they cannot get, it's because they will not accept the slave wages Third Worlders are willing to take. Even if they would, they STILL will not be hired because employers will not be able to control them to the extent they can those from elsewhere. It's the new feudal age. Enjoy your serfdom. Vassals to out of control big business which has no allegiance to any country. Only to their wallets. Capitalism is good. Blatant greed is not. - Posted by: wbs00001 Posted on: 01/12/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
