Not just upper management checkbooks
It's a lie that the money will trickel back into the US. The companies that are saving money moving labor off shore are making money selling there wares in the U.S. with the errosion of the middle to upper class comsumer who buys their products they'll be forced to lower prices to compete and since labor was already shipped over seas where will they make these cuts?! In the US making a vicious cycle downward for US jobs.
Who ever says this is good is full of it, NAFTA moved labor jobs that didn't require a HS degree out of the US this new move is taking away jobs people spend a lot of money to get Bachelors and Masters degrees for.....BIG difference!
This article claims lack of solid IT in US but in India they get bach/masters for $4,000 total and then 10k/yr salary vs US $30k in debt after graduation and lucky to get $40-50k/yr to pay off that monster debt will one of these free trade jerks please do the math!!!
