I must also disagree with Mr. Farber
Who in their right mind would be looking for an IT education. The real reason for "the diminishing number of IT graduates in the U.S." is back to Supply/Demand. There is no longer a demand for IT Professionals and the supply will shrink.

Where will "basic math and science education" get anyone these days. If "legislative protectionism" isn't the answer then there needs to be something else that drives the demand. Does anyone else know a viable source for demand? Will that demand erode over time and create a new cycle of off shore job loss?
