exactly! if they only go after the people
who irrevocably demonstrate the flimisness/shoddiness of s/w and NOT also after the people who SELL it, we will NEVER see the problem addressed at its ROOTS.

If you pay good money to purchase s/w you want to use professionally, the cuplrit is the person who SHOWS you how bad it is (without any other damage) or the firm which received the money and it delivered low quality services and product? Or now that you know how flimsy this s/w is, are just keep going to purchasing it, OR demand that its quality become reasonable?
