I wonder, the other states have NO laws to protect law abiding consumers and merchants? Unless there is ACTUAL and FAIR accountability, all thes creeps will get away. In the ``creeps'' I also include all those who knowingly use systems that are compromisable or don't take sufficient precautions to safeguard important private info.
I just wonder again: only CAlifornians care that there was a vast private info leaking? WHY NOBODY else DOES NOTHING?
