Credit Cards need better..
authenication far as I m concern. This would not happen if the industry would use finger print technology for every purchase. Most merhcants dont ask for any ID they just swipe the card and go. This possibly allows fraud. Maybe this lawsuit will spur the credit card companies to change there authenication polices and security measures. However if the lawsuit goes thru expect the service charges and rates to go up to pay for it.

Has any of these cardholder's accounts have fraudulent charges?
