symantec-norton antivirus
I am very disgruntled and am about to boot the norton antivirus off my computer because of the problems i have had lately with the antivirus. the sad thing is symantec couldnt even make an announcement to their customers that they were having problems with their antivirus software. I am one of those that has had to reload the antivirus software and now after 4 attempts im left stranded because i cant download it on my system and when i tried to email symantec as if they dont know what the problem is they refer to all these menus and i still cant get the right answer but they dont seem to care. Im just one in many of their customers that they can afford to discard. I havent gotten a decent answer yet from them on all the emails ive sent to them. they act as if its my problem. Well, McAfee Antivirus here i come.
