PDF support in Linux
All the Linux distributions that I have used come with a PDF reader. It's just not Adobe's. The PDF format is open and implemented in several Linux applications. As for Mac OS X, it comes with a PDF reader as well.

What I think is "obtuse" is when someone goes on a rant on a subject about which he knows nothing. It's "reprehensible, ... but, sadly, not surprising."
