Is anyone surprised
that criminal gangs started engaging in wholesale compromise activities in order to gain illegal $$$$ ?

All those unethical people tool notice of the simple fact that even a kid-script can compromise the mickey-mouse windWoes so EASILY and hijack importand personal info, financial data, passwords, SSNs, etc.

We KNOW there ARE bad people out there; we JBOW they WILL take any opportunity to steal; WHY do we LET s/w that is SO EASILY COMPROMISED be used for valuable data? WHY DON"T WE DEMAND a SECURE SYSTEM?

Who knows when one's credit card info, SSN, bank accounts, etc. gets accessed by criminals due to irresponsible organizations/firms relying on PROVABLY insecure systems to store personal data?

When will the LAW demand accountability for the unsafe keeping of personal info?

Are there NO standards for secure information management? It seems that everyone is getting away and only the consumer is left with the burden of making sure his info entrusted to financial institutions is NOT hijacked.

very strange.
