I favor the approach that was used in Singapore some years ago to persuade the kid from Dayton Ohio that he shouldn't go around keying people's cars. They gave him a caning and made his parents pay for the damage to get him out of the country. I bet he thinks about not doing that every time he sits down!

Maybe if you really do some damage, you have to work for nothing until it is paid back, too.
