Well, tell me why
----So why then is Linus T. rejecting ALL new features and concentrating on making the kernel more secure? ----

So why then is M$ rejecting ALL security and concentrating on adding more unsecure features?

It seems since M$ never had a security model M$ shills can't understand what it means.

Why does a file server need a GUI? Browser? Media player? Mouse? Why should I waste that much overhead for something that not only is completely impossible to secure, but totally useless for a file server?

Why can't M$ shills understand the difference between and application and an os? Why do M$ shills seem to have so much trouble grasping the fact that, even not logged in as an admin, M$ viruses, worms, etc... can still delete, change, overwrite system files? Why can't M$ shills grasp the most basic security concepts? If I don't have access to it I cannot destroy it.

M$ will never be as secure as Linux so long as practically anyone can destroy the system and M$ system is so convoluted there is not enough time left in this century to fix it.

There are about 60,000 viruses known for Windows, 40 or so for the Macintosh, about 5 for commercial Unix versions, and perhaps 40 for Linux. For most M$ machines simply opening an e-mail or going to some websites can totally destroy the system. For the same events to occur the typical Linux user would have to read, save, become root, give executable permissions, run. To become infected with a virus a Linux user would have to work at it. To become infected with a virus a M$ user simply has to work on it.

Big differences. Probably too much for typical M$ shills to grasp.
