ChoicePoint has incorrect information posted about me, which has hurt my financial situation. I have tried for days, have spoken with 2 dozen people at the company and have sent a half dozen faxes to the company and still have not gotten this INCORRECT information removed. They keep transferring me to the next department.

Apparently they do not have a specific department that handles incorrect information, and if they do everyone I have spoken with has no idea about the department.

I guess my next step is to contact the States Attorney General?
