YES! This feature is now avialable in Itanium systems and it is activated. This feature is not limited to Windows. The reason it is not turned on for windows (and should not be before it is tested) is that all drivers interact with this feature. Since there are 10's of thousdand of windows drivers and simlar set of dependent applications,
the risk of programs breaking is huge.
