Obviously you're not a Web developer then.
I have a huge problem with IE. Too many people use it, which means you're forced to write code that supports it, even though it doesn't support CSS conventions like fixed positioning, minheight, minwidth, etc, and it's interpretation of border width and what relative positioning is relative to don't jibe with those of any of the other browsers. This creates huge problems for designers and makes some designs impossible to create.
