Fundamental changes needed ...
... and that is in the way computers and web browsers are used. The users should be held accountable to their own actions, and stupidity and ignorance if that's what it is.

When I drive I know I have to remove my foot from the acceleration pedal and press the break pedal to make the car stop. If I fail to do that, I'm responsible for what wuill happen, not the car manufacturer. I am also responsible for obeying all the traffic signs and the rules of the road. And also, as we send cars fro oul changes and maintenance service on set intervals, the same shuold be done with computers.

As a society in general, we should stop blaming anything but ouselves for our stupid, ignorant and childish behaviour.

And while we're there, let's get all those lawyers (ambulance chasers and the likes) all locked up in Alcatraz and throw the key somewhere in the Pacific.

There is no other way !
