I think your ass is on top of your neck if your not with MS on this one. Pop ups on most home computers are triggered by the background applications that they fail to recognize are running in the first place. Secondly....if you are on a banking website and you enter data into a NON-secure pop-up window you are a fool. Most banks warn of this and tell you to look for the little lock at the bottom of the screen. Seems simple enough, I bet most grade schoolers could tell you about it these days. Users need to educate themselves and start take responsiblity for their foolhardy actions. The problem is the foolish user without the skill to use a computer. Stop looking for everyone else to fix your lack of intelligence.
