About the "JavaScript dialog boxes" ...
Take a look at the vulnerability in Secunia's demo: http://secunia.com/multiple_browsers_dialog_origin_vulnerability_test/

Take a look at that dialog box. The caption is "Explorer User Prompt." It has "Script Prompt" at the top. These things can't be changed.

Do you really think people are going to enter credit card info, usernames/passwords, etc, in that form? Ok, the truth is probably yes there are quite a few people who would be ignorant enough to do that. But really, its silly for Secunia to make such a big deal about this.

Plus, you'd have to get to your trusted site by clicking a link from some malicious site. Not a very likely scenario.
