You don't understand - Safari is vulnerable too
These 'pop-ups' are not blocked by pop-up blockers.
The only way to defeat them is to turn script support off.

Safari is vulnerable

However, you'd have to navigate to the malicious web site,
then to the one that 'pops up' the login using a link from
the mallicious site..
