Spyware and adware hide in BitTorrent downloads

BitTorrent is ONLY a transport ...: And adware and spyware can travel over any transport. Thus BitTorrent has NEVER been free of adware and spyware. Some non technical people had just assumed that to be the case since the media hadn't discovered it yet.
