How to bundle Spyware in data files
The answer is simple - Compress the data file and include your executable in the compressed file. Then make it a self-extracting file and an executable. You can automatically run your installation routine at decompression.

Another route

A bit more sneaky - rename your file from tunes.zip to tunes.zip.exe. Windows hides the .exe becuase its a known extension. Force the icon to be a compressed file icon. the user doubleclicks the file and Poof, they're infected.
