Companies that do not care about their customers will eventually go out of business.

Check out Gateway. I know of some people that will never buy a Gateway because of customer support in India that was not understandable and eventually hung up on them. They will be out of business unless they can start selling something that does not require customer support calls. Dell isn't winning any new converts either. Their customer support ratings are slipping, and they already have a few former customers who didn't want to learn a 2nd language in order to understand customer support.
