Be careful what you ask for.
When the Hi-tech worker cried about companies bringing in H1-B workers in, government slashed the H1-B program then the companies just moves the jobs off-shore. Messed with the right of business to make a profit with this protectionist crap and companies will grant you your wish. The CEO will be outsource because the company will move its whole operations offshore and we lose more jobs
