What an idiot!
You talk about companies that "could care less about customer service", Companies that do not care about their customers will eventually go out of business. Companies outsource to get a competitive advantage. If the combination of quality and price do not make sense, companies will stop doing it. And companies are not outsourcing just out of greed. Many are in businesses where profit margins are paper thin. They do not take advantage of very inteligent, lower paid workers, they go out of business.
