Why the sensationalism ZDNET Geez

"Business leaders defend offshoring as ultimately good for the U.S. economy and its workers. Critics of shipping high-wage work to lower-cost countries are concerned about job loss in the United States."

cost-savings outsourcers have been promising are actually very difficult to achieve. And they are learning more about the cost of losing good people and the value of their institutional knowledge."

The second quote from Weakland makes more sense and leaves out the sensationalism. Weaklands quote also places squarely the thought that the COMPANIES realize what is going on, and mentions nothing about CRITICS. Critics can be me, Mike Cox, Jefreeeee, Bozo or Capt Midnight. Oh i get it you needed to link a prior ZDNET story somewhere.
