kinda confusing

yeah,

even i am pretty confused with the story is trying to say. its kinda ambiguous, just a few days ago there was another story tht said tht india was facing a shortage of skilled workers who were proficient in some european languagues. then there was a report that india had more profits from jobs outsourced by american companies. if i put it all together, i feel that there are many more indian companies which provide outsourcing services and that american companies dissatisfied with their existing providers shift to other indian companies providing better services. correct me if i m wrong. and now that outsourcing jobs are being to sent china, i wonder how many years can the US maintain its advantage in the tech arena. the chinese copy well.....
