Microsoft grapples with attack on MSN Korea site

An explaination

Recently, over dinner at his home in Redmond, my rep explained to me the situation in Korea. He said that the vulnerability in the servers was most likely due to contamination from non-100% genuine Microsoft software, that hadn't been properly embedded into the operating system. It seems there is an on going epidemic in this area, where systems are plauged by malicious non-Microsoft software such as "firefox" and "openoffice". Microsoft is currently allying with the governments in this area to fund and cooridinate a relief effort and public awareness campaign to rid the region of this plight. After dinner my rep challenged me to a rousing game of Halo on his Microsoft XBox.
