If it was common sense....
you wouldn't have a warning label telling you not to do it. Half the reason behind warning labels is to inform those with no common sense. Common sense is relative to the person, and what is common to you may not be to the person next to you. Just look at the $10 millon lawsuit McDonalds lost to a cup of coffee. When I buy a coffee, I expect it to be hot unless I specify otherwise. But some woman spilled her coffee like millions of other people do accidentally and got cash for it. It pays to be stupid apparently.
