You still don't get it.

10.0.0.1 is used below as an example. It is a valid, non-routable IP meant for internal use. Both of these domains are picked at random as well, with the name meant to indicate the contents.

Suppose www.childporn.com is at 10.0.0.1 , and that is hosted in California

Suppose www.gardeninginsanfrancisco.org is at 10.0.0.1, hosted by the same ISP (obviously) and same webhost (not necessarily true, due to reselling)

Someone in Pennsylvania connects to 10.0.0.1. Are they going to the child porn (blocked by law) or the gardening site or one of any thousands of others on that IP (shouldn't be blocked)?
