Very easy to overcome: change IP and update A record

And they will not even have to readvertised their "new" site. All they'd have to do is put it in another server and point their doamin at the new IP. Takes a few minutes of work and in most cases at most a few hours until most of the DNS servers around would be updated with the new IP address.

All because some stupid poloticians decided they know better how the internet works, and hard-coded the method of cesoring IP instead of domain (via DNS).
