Pennsylvania violates the Constitution
The Constitution of the United States reserves to the Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. Pennsylvania's law is, in my opinion, a clear and egregious attempt to circumvent this separation of powers.

In addition, it should never be within the purview of any local government to impose its will, however nobly intended, upon the population of the entire nation. Local needs must be addressed by local solutions.
