"Speech can always find another URL"
Hey, I'm all for blocking child porn of any kind. However, would it not be better for the ISPs to just shut off the sites than to block the whole IP address. However; what really got me, was the Pennsylvania saying, go put up a site somewhere else. "Speech can always find another URL". They blocked almost a million sites, so if everyone goes someplace else, they'll have to pay upward of 20 million or more just in setup fees, not to mention the time and hassle. I hope my sites haven't been affected, since half my friends live in PA.
