however, when one of the says something like "It is global, anonymous and untraceable," i have to express serious doubt about them.

nothing is completely untraceable.
nothing is completely anonymous.
anything can be localized.

the question is who wants to take the time and responsibility to do this.

as long as everyone sits back and points the finger and wags their nose, things will only get worse. i believe this not because of these three supposed experts, but because i'm smart enough to see it for myself. i certainly don't trust any of these three sources to have good answers for everyone.
