i would think mac would be better, but we get so many calls from mac users who dont know how to use their mac. and since most of us dont use mac, we have to search for a lot of things. we keep a huge database of links for mac stuff cause we dont really use them and figure mac should be easy enough to use. how hard is only having 1 button on the mouse? lol
but otoh, we have a few people who are learning linux and usually are good about finding their own answers and call us if they cant. luckily, i have used linux for quite some time, so they dont have to wait too long :P
