You've gotta be fudding kidding, right??? House detention for breaking into commerical computers??? When is the judicial system gonna catch up with the electronic age and criminal activity??? I'd say three years jail time PLUS full financial restitution, PLUS all court costs AND prosecutuion fees, even if it means abject poverty for life, would be the appropriate punishment. Some people are slow learners and need a loud message...
