It seems pretty obvious why they're going after the Star Wars pirateers: You do what you can, so that you can at least say you're doing *something*, even if that something is unrelated to national security. I'm not surprised that the DHS failed the test, though. Can anyone here imagine a scenario which involved essentially shutting off the Internet (because that's the only way I think you can really stop a coordinated global attack) in the U.S. that wouldn't be disastrous?
